Emergency Button

This is some big Emergency Button. I use it with my HouseAutomation to control things and stuff.

As button itself i use a black Cherry MX switch that i had laying around. Works nice :)

When it was printed i thought a lower height would be great, so i added a 15mm/piece version. The version in the video is 30mm/piece.

What you need to do it like me:

• all three printed parts
• Cherry MX switch of your choice (i got mine from Conrad Germany
• Arduino
• NRF24L01+ Radio
• some cables
• some M3 Screws (M3x30+ should do fine)

I stole the idea for fixing the knob to the switch from ohagel. Thanks buddy, mine creation did not work as expected ;)

Update v2

I changed the plate thickness of the top part from 1mm to 1.5mm, that should make the Cherry Switch fit much better.

I think using one cherry switch is great. But using 4 cherry switches is even four times greater. So i added a top and a knob that can handle 4 cherry switches. I made one, and it feels very good. Sadly yellow is empty, so mine is gray.
