Description
With time I understood that having two static extruder heads at one level is evil. So I removed the right extruder from my Wanhao Duplicator, and offer you a choice: continue getting frustrated by the failed prints because of the second nozzle, OR remove it and use a dummy for hitting the endstop, OR use its place wisely and put a top-bottom powerful 40mm fan on its place!
I also use the cable & PTFE tube holder by elmuchacho, and I properly cut it to fit the new modded extruder assembly.
After this mod my Duplicator works just as I would expect from a good 3D printer. As a bonus, I could push more acceleration out of my printer because now there is no second stepper to move!
