Fallout New Vegas Anti-Materiel Rifle

Here you have the Anti-Materiel Rifle from Fallout New Vegas. BOOYA!

The model was pulled from the actual game files and scaled to the length of a PGM Hécate II, the real-world basis for the model. Therefore the file is accurate to the game in visual appearance (not as detailed as the real world Hecate), but scaled properly to the real world rifle. Since the in-game mesh is super low-polly, I made pieces higher poly cylinders/balls so they would be cleaner and more realistic. I then broke it down into bits that will fit on an 8”x10”x8” build area, I separated out the wooden pieces specifically so you can print them in a woodish color. The magazine has a round protruding from the top with a matching recess in the bolt so you can look cool when you pull it out and show those petty raiders at your local convention what is about to make their head asplode.

I have finally upgraded the files to have dowels continuously throughout the rifle. Now people won't have issues with the barrel breaking and I can sleep better at night.

I also included a file for a .50 round in case you want to print some for a belt/bandoleer and look like a real hard-ass who is prepared for some battle!

Here are the dowels you will need. They are standard sizes you can get at a home improvement store.

Main Barrel Dowel (x1) - 1/2” Diameter, 30”-31” Long
Rear Receiver/Stock Dowel (x1) -1/2” Diameter, 14.5” Long
Scope Dowel (x1) - 1/2” Diameter, 10” Long
Grip Dowel (x1) - 1/2” Diameter, 3.25”
Side Receiver Dowels (x2) - 1/4” Diameter, 13” Long
Bolt Lever Dowel (x1) - 1/4” Diameter, 0.75” Long
