Goalie Pad Replacement Buckle

Replacement buckle designed for Goalie Pads with 7/8" straps.

The original (broken) buckles were attached to loops sewn into the pad seams and hard to replace.
The female end is designed to work around that problem and easily attaches to a sewn-in loop. Tuck the loop into the end of the buckle and slide the pin through to securely attach.
The male end will grip under tension while remaining quick and easy to adjust.

A variation on the female end, type B, allows two buckles attached to one loop.

A set of buckles are holding so-far on my son's pads. YMMV.

UPDATE: (May 2017 ) The buckles on my son's goalie pads have lasted over a year now without breakage or complaints!
