mpcnc xyz sandwitch support Ver. 2

I want more rigidity.
So in this second version, I added 19mm. wooden supports between two covers lad.
This will definitely give much more rigidity to the three axes.
As do my tests, I'll upload a video.

Added Z Nut Bracket Holder
Added XY Brackets Holder.
DXF files change.
