Ended up with selling this huge thing. Due to some more professional work no more time for it...Gained a lot of experience with this, I highly recommend to do this if you want to go further in this field...

New y-Carriage with plate for endstop mount and some enhancement in structure
AddedAdded 11. Oct Redesign of extruder carriage due to some size issues, print it in ABS at 245 C to have a strong bond with raft & support. Also reworked Rod-Holder with pulley to make it stronger.
Added 3. Oct. Redesign with parts in 3D more simpel setup less

Just finished my 3D printer...real BIG, gives you a print area of 46cm (x), 32 cm (y) and a height of 42 cm...can be tuned to some more cm because of quick design of parts...non-heated print beds, PLA sticks perfect with raft AND my wifeys hairspray (use lot of it..). No warping then...
Powered by a standard RAMPS 1.4 , LCD Graphics with SD for standalaone print, chinese small NEMA17, (2x Y-Axis, 3x Z-Axis, 1 x-carriage, 1 extruder direct drive (thanks terenceang, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:93695) ..., ATX-power-supply, 0,5 nozzle, 1,75mm filament, mechanical endstops.
Some adjustments made to Marlin (thanks...)
All parts are my own design, printed on a makerbot clone in PLA, except X-carriage and extruder parts are in ABS due to some heat issues..
No fans yet, even Nozzle does not need one...stepper motor gets warmer than nozzle-holder....
To do:
Recode Marlin to use a ST board with color grahis and touch screen
adjustable printbed, maybe a servo-driven nozzle
maybe heated printbed
new X-carriage (to get some more cm)
Bowden extruder (lighter X carriage for more speed)
refine all other parts to look "nicer"
optical endstops
....
My testfiles for adjusting are included
