Makerfarm I3v E3d FULL Carriage / Extruder / Fan assembly

This is a Full assembly for the Makerfarm I3v with upgraded E3D V6 hotend . File include Custom wades extruder made for E3D V6 , Fan mount ,adjustable Fan Bracket and fan shroud .It uses the existing Hexagon aluminum mounting plate between the carriage and extruder. Also included in solidworks Part and Assembly files for your own modification.

Fitment is perfect. I print at .25mm layer height with at least 60% infill on the extruder and use PETG. You can print at what suites you. Make sure to add support where needed. All parts are in best orientation on the bed for printing.

You can use the original wood carriage the I3v comes with. Carriage file only really included for solidworks assembly and rendering but you can print it if you want.

Hardware needed :
2x M3 (8 , 10 or 12mm length should work. ----- Fan to extruder mount
1x M3x25mm ----- Fan bracket (hex cap head preferred)
1x M3 locknut----- Fan bracket
4x M3x16 or M3x20 ----- Fan/shroud mounting screws
