Solid version of "Tetris" 3D puzzle (21 pieces)

This is a remix of "Tetris" 3D puzzle (21 pieces) by mikelepage.

I simply made the puzzle parts solid for easier print on FDM machines. It is also a bit more challenging now since there are no hollow/solid sides that indicate internal/external cube surfaces.
