Print it in Ninjaflex at 70mm/s with the Flexion Extruder
This is a flexible Ninja figure printed on a Makerbot Replicator with this new flexible TPE filament:

With the flexible material, I had much better luck after I added the supports. If you use a rigid material like ABS, you can probably go without.
