Description
Car support (vent mount) with integrated wireless charger using the Qi Wireless Charger USB Port 5V PCBA Circuit Board Coil Charging Universal (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/201204680330, about 5 dollars).
Designed for Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge with some cases but it also works perfectly with S7 Edge (without case). Didn’t test with other phones.
The design was made specifically for the PCB and coil mentioned.
3 parts assembly
Part 1 – case cover and support for the PCB and coil (pins to support it in the right place)
Part 2 – case and support for the phone
Support pin – vent mount
PS1- The design is a bit different from the pictures because I added some holes do increase the heat dissipation. This way, the air from the ventilation helps to keel the PCB cooled.
PS2- Avoid leaving it mounted in sunny days because the accumulated heat inside the car could damage the plastic
