Dice of Crowns - Crown

I designed a game with the help of 3D printing, and we've gone to Kickstarter with it. As part of the push to get funded, I'm sharing some of the designs I came up with for the game. The game is a quick and dirty dice game called Dice of Crowns. I was able to print the entire game with my 3D printer, and we developed the rules over many hours of rolling dice.

The Crowns in this entry were originally made as a fun little bit of ambiance, but we managed to work it into the game as well. I'm including both crown designs. They make a fun little ring, and sit well upon the Winners head.

I also printed one at 3x for "table candy" at a board game convention.

Dice of Crowns is a fast paced blend of luck and strategy. It captures the conflict of a war of houses scrambling for succession, through how 7 Dice are rolled, and change hands. Deceptively simple to learn, advanced play offers tricky choices, allowing players to meddle with fate, up end possible victories, and thwart betrayal.
