G2S 3-Bearing Carriage

This is a new carriage for the Geeetech Delta G2S printer. It features a third linear bearing for greatly improved lateral stability, compared to the stock two-bearing carriage. Spacing between the diagonal rods matches the original, but mounted as high and close to the vertical rods as possible. You will need to adjust dimensions in your firmware after mounting this carriage.

The Carriage Base is a fairly large and complex piece, but it can tolerate a surprising amount of warping at the corners and still produce a perfectly serviceable unit. Almost all of the critical alignment is designed into structures away from corner warp zones.

Because these bearing covers are slightly taller than the originals, I needed to extend the length of my Servo Carriage Latch slightly. The updated version has been included.

You will need to build a full set of three carriages. One carriage consists of:
1 Carriage Base
1 Carriage Belt Block
1 Carriage Belt Clamp
3 Carriage Bearing Covers
3 LM10UU linear bearings
10 M3 lock nuts (nylon insert)
9 M3x12mm cap screws
1 m3 washer (for belt clamp screw)
1 M3x40mm endstop screw (You can reuse ones from original carriages, springs not needed.)

Fully assembled, as shown, it weighs in at 131 grams, compared to 244g for the original metal carriage. The 3 linear bearings account for more than half of of its mass (72g).

UPDATE: Beefed up the middle post a bit. I broke one (doing something stupid). It broke more easily than I felt it should have, so I've made it a little heavier.
