I changed the v-slot cross-section so that my poorly calibrated volcano could spit the part out.
Sheepdog has the clearance printable on a typical extruder setup. My problem was with the rounded corners, the plastic would round them out a bit more and then the rails wouldn't fit. Trying to print a 90 degree corner rounds it out almost as much as the original file. Might work.
Should not be an issue if you're printing on a normal sized extruder/nozzle.
With these stl files, a 0.8mm nozzle, a 0.93mm extrusion width with .64mm layer heights... the rails slide right in!
