Description
Spacing front centerline to the bearing hole is 20.25mm. I experimented with different dimensions for fit. The design of the carnage allows the arms to bend slightly keeping tension the rail. The bearing hole is for a 5mm bolt and between the carriage car and y-style carriage are 2 - M3x12 bolts.
There is minimal play if you physically grab the car and twist and zero play when the machine is printing.
Just wanted a clean minimal design.
They print fast so can always be changed out if they ever get loose, though been printing for a couple weeks and no noticeable change.
You Need (per carriage):
4x M3 nuts
2x M3x25 bolts (to arms will vary depending on your joints)
2x M3x12 bolts
3x M5x30
3x M5 nylock nuts
3x M5x10 spacer
