Another filament spool holder (Bearing 6001 needed)

Materials:
6001 Bearing (Outer dia. 28mm, inner dia. 12mm, thickness. 8mm)
M3 bolt and nuts x 4 sets
M4 bolt and T nuts x 3 sets
Print support is not needed.

History:
The old design with 3 points of support (link below) have problem for smooth rotation and it cause my printer fail to print several times. So I re-design a new one to replace it.
