Summary

It is a new bearing design. It is customizable as it is written in OpenJScad. As I had strong bed adhesion issues, I uploaded two models. 'No raft' one is directly on bed. Other one has 1 mm gap between bed and base. This will force slicer to have support.

Support also ensures no fusion of first layer.

If it does not work, enable support for WithSupportAsRaft and try. In my case even 0.5 times of nozzle size tolerance also worked great, but, only with 'WithSupportAsRaft' option as i have an super bed adhesion issue and in all my print i use this forced raft. In case of forced raft, I normally configure 50% support fill. </p></div>

Post-Printing

If you use WithSupportAsRaft option

How I Designed This

Inspired by 3D printed planetary gear

            <div><p>After sucessfully printing planet - sun gear, I got this idea and designed it. For 608 bearing size other standard model found to be too weak, so, I designed it and bit surprised with its strength and output.<br>In OpenJScad, first designed the 2D model and rotate_extruded it as bearing. Hope it will be useful for someone.</p></div>
