Trick Bolt Fidget (Now With Print Plate)

Build 1 of my "Fidget" series

Half proof of being able to develop a proper screw and nut combo, half making something to play with when I'm bored.

I created this fidget. The "Bolt" is in two pieces so the nut can be screwed on before closing. I also added a small slot for a string or small keyring.

The purpose of this design is to work as a portable play thing to help relieve stress or make the time go by.

Print one and see how addicting it can be. I would love to see more "I made it" posts!

The nut in the middle is slightly bigger than the outer sides. this gives it a great feel and an easier grip for one handed use.

There is just enough of a gap for smooth glide between the nut and bolt. It would still work with a small gap but the idea is to have a calming effect and a tighter fit reduces the smooth feeling and would require much more hand muscle and control over fine motor skills.
