Pandemic (along with On the Brink) Storage Solution

This is my solution to store both the Pandemic Base game along with the "On The Brink" expansion, all in one box.

I was not satisfied with the storage solution that came with the "On The Brink" expansion (with the petri dishes etc.). For me, there simply wasn't enough room for all the cards, since I sleeve them all -- takes up twice the space.

My solution was to make trays that can hold sufficient number of sleeved cards along with all the pieces.

There are three models / stl files I made:

1. Lower quadrants which are large enough to take 2 stacks of cards each -- you print two of these stl's, for 4 stacks of cards.

2. Upper quadrants are each large enough to take one stack of cards and 2 disease cube tray inserts. You print two of these as well.

3. Disease cube tray inserts. You print four of these. Each tray holds a pair of disease cubes. I put the disease cubes in the two upper trays with stick on cupboard feet to keep them grippy on the table next to the game board. The lower trays, I store the purple disease cubes, cured markers, research centers and outbreak/infection counters -- the two lower trays (which I printed in black), do not have the stick on cupboard feet (just the two upper blue disease cube trays -- not enough vertical room for the black trays to have the stick on feet but not a problem since it's the blue/red/black/yellow disease cubes that I access often next to the game board).

Note: You pull the trays out by the centers with two finger tips. You dump the cards out of the trays by holding one stack in with thumb while flipping the other out. This works for me, but something to consider if you plan to print.. SCAD files are included in case you want to add any cut outs or anything.

If you store the research centers in the lower disease cube trays (like the black ones in my photo, make sure they are laying sideways and away from the outer corners of the trays. This way they clear the tray, and any stick on cupboard feet you might have on the disease cube tray above (in my case blue).

I printed the four quadrant trays at 50% infill. And I printed the four disease cube tray inserts at 100% infill -- thinner walls.
