MendelMax 1.5+ Y-ais Internal Idler Tensioner

Inspired by Prusa i3 idler. This is a match for my internal motor mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:186076) and belt mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:41571). All together they make a completely internal Y-axis.

See instructions for assembly and hardware required. Once assembled you can tighten the belt just by turning the adjustment screw clockwise, up to ~15 mm of adjustment possible.

Note: I have a sized up machine with a sized up bed, this works fine for me and does not limit bed motion. Please double check before installing on your machine.

Ignore the messy wiring in all my pictures, I'm in the process of a major printer re-work.
