Description
Made this upgrade for my Plus 2.1. It takes the standard 2.1 bearing blocks and NEMA 17, simply adding the Ubis 13S and the Printrbot plastic extruder.

It's a really simple design, uses the standard GT2 mounting hardware from the stock X carriage.
To mount, just bolt the extruder onto the motor through the NEMA 17 mount. Couldn't be easier! There are screw holes on top for accessories/fan mounts. One fan mount is available currently. This adds a part cooling fan, a read extruder motor cooling fan, and a front extruder cooling fan. There is a gap for the hot end cooling fan as well. You will have to download a cooling fan shroud for the Ubis 13 elsewhere. They are on Thingiverse.
