Customizable Ammo and bullets

Fixed 357 Mag customizer not working and added 44 Mag

This scad library makes models of entire cartridges or just bullets.
You can use it to make dummy rounds or dummy bullets or use as models in other openscad projects.
Dimensions for ammo can be found from wikipedia.
Dimensions are in mm.

NOTE: If printing out bullets to be put in brass for dummy rounds please make sure it fits tightly. I had an issue where the plastic bullet got stuck in my chamber when extracting.

If your caliber isn't on the list, you can customize your own in the scad file. If you add something, consider requesting a pull request on my github and I'll add it in.
