The support can be used in cars where the phone needs to be under the CD slot as well as in cars where the phone needs to be higher than the CD slot.
A cradle for iPhone 6 plus / Meizu Pro 5 is attached.
Freecad source file is available so you can create your very own cradle.
I recommend printing in ABS because it will last longer in the car (specially in summer).
Also, with ABS, you can "glue" the plate and the craddle together using acetone. It will be stronger than using glue.
EDIT 27/11/2016 : improve the stability by increasing the length of the arms hanging in the CD slot
