Description
Here is a set of clips to fit the Boscoyo pixel strips.
The metal ones James sells are approximately the shape and size as the MSIRSingle in this collection.
The single and dual ones are designed to have the strip fold over and back on itself. The others are not.
I wanted some additional shapes for butt splicing so I created a varieity of clips in case others needed slight variations.
The two bungie clips (ones with wings) are designed to take 5mm bungie cords with the plastic balls on them. The cords are available at Ace as well as ebay and other online sources. The reason I made these is to spread the bungie out to help prevent the strips from twisting. The traditional method is to poke the bungie through the large 12mm hole. This creates a single point axis for twisting. By moving the bungie out to the edges of the strips it should help to reduce twisting. You can, of course use wireties on the wings instead of bungie. Your call.
I recommend you print these with 4 top/bottom/perimeter layers at .3mm layer thickness and out of ABS that has UV stabilizers (MakerGeeks says theirs does).
