MakerFarm i3v Chimera Carriage

Made a carriage for the e3d Chimera that rides on V-Slot rails (on my MakerFarm i3v) and allows for easy adjustment of the nozzle heights to perfectly align them to each other. I included a few features that allow for easy wire management, simple cooling with (2) 50mm blower fans and shrouds and easy attachment of a cable chain.

It does need supports for the wire management canopies.

To level the nozzles to each other follow these steps:

1.) Adjust one nozzle lower than the other
2.) Zero the bed to the lower nozzle
3.) Level the bed (as close to perfect as you can)
4.) Move the carriage to the center of the bed
5.) Loosen the set screws on the back of the Chimera so that both nozzles are resting on the bed
6.) Tighten the set screws for both nozzles
7.) Zero the bed again
