Download the flattened versions if you don't use Cura, if you use Cura then use the right click command "split object into parts", the model halves should lay flat after that.
This is an older project I prototyped a while back, it is a printable flat-faced trigger designed to fit a number of bolt-action airsoft rifles, including the Tokyo Marui VSR 10 and JG BAR 10, it may also fit other clone versions of the Tokyo Marui VSR series, but I have not been able to test this.
There are four versions of the trigger, each with a different design. They should all function the same, the only differences are aesthetic, choose the one you want on your gun.
This model was designed for use with a Wolverine Bolt or Mancraft HPA drop-in system. It will also work on a standard spring powered VSR or BAR rifle, but the seer on the top will not last nearly as long.
For conventional spring and Mancraft engine systems length of pull until the air gun fires should be around 5-8mm, if it's longer than that you can shave down the backside of the seer with a file or razor blade to shorten it, creating a "hair trigger" like effect.
For the wolverine bolt the extension on the right side actuates the microswitch, so you can shorten the trigger pull by either integrating a grub screw, or by gluing on shim materials to the face of the extension.
Printing instructions:
Print at 80-100% fill density (100% is recommended) at a scale of 102% to account for shrinkage (in PLA, ABS will likely need a similar number).
You will have to drill out the pivot hole using a 1/8" drill bit in order to get it to fit into the rifle, my suggestion is to twist the drill bit in to one half, add a few drops of superglue to the inside surface, then twist the other half onto the bit until the halves mate together; align them and let the superglue set, sand the edges and you should be ready to roll.
This is a small part so watch your temps or you may encounter warping issues.
