Description

Out of the box, the lulzbot AO-101 has a tiny and relatively noisy fan.

Since I hate fan noise, and I wanted to have a better airflow inside my electronics box, I designed this.

It is meant as a total replacement of the cover. Basically, unscrew the 4 screws, unplug the fan, screw the new cover with the same hardware while plugging the new fan in.

Simple, effective, massive airflow even with a slow CFM fan. No more high pitch noise.

There is no hole for the new fan cable, I simply run it through the exhaust vents, as seen in the picture.

Print at .4 & 70% infill for a sturdy finish.

Enjoy.
