Ikea Lack Based Enclosure for Malyan M150

This is my version of the Ikea Lack side table enclosure for Prusa I3 clones. It has several elements that others might want to consider in their own enclosures.

I wanted to be able to lift the enclosure off of the printer easily. That required the enclosure to be very light weight. The Lack side table itself is very light, since it consists mainly of thin plastic encasing a cardboard core. Another feature that I wanted was a door that lifted out versus swinging open. This makes accessing the enclosure much easier.

Features:

1. The side and back panels are made of foam board (obtainable from dollar tree for $1 or Staples for a bit more). Two sheets were required. On the backside a 2 inch gap was left at the bottom of the panel for power cord access. The white color of the foam board panels reflects the light from the added light bar, increasing brightness inside the enclosure. The foam board also provides insulation.
2. Enclosure can be lifted off of the printer by simply clipping the filament and unplugging the light bar.
3. Door lifts out as opposed to swinging open.
4. Required printed objects to build the enclosure are small and easy to print quickly.
5. An IKEA LEDBERG lighting module was used to light the enclosure. Only 2 bars were required. A piece of double sided tape was placed under the light switch, along with two closely placed wire clips.

DesignSpark Mechanical source files are provided for parts designed by me. The handles and handle back plates files are not provided. They are available at "Yet Another Lack Table Enclosure" by Hagster (thing:1920010). I think Hagster's handle design is really great and used them here.
