Summary

Made a 3D model of the Ortlieb bike bag buckle, which breaks way too often and is difficult to get a replacement part here. Made it quite detailed, so the print looks almost identical to the original, with full functionality right out of the printer. Despite the details, it is also a one-piece-part for the adjustable belt, in contrast to other models on Thingiverse.

Seems to be the best solution to get good adhesion and having a long pre-run to get the flow going.<br>Didn't experiment with infill, but even as low as 20% give good stability and flexibility. Maybe more could make it stiffer, you should play with it if you want!</p></div>

Post-Printing

I simply removed the Cura support, which comes of rather easy. Used the same material (PLA), so it leaves some residues which can be filed off. However, that's just for beauty more or less, since it fitted the clip even with it!
