Description

This is a threaded ball screw and nut. Due to the large surface area, this threaded rod can withstand quite a bit of force before the plastic bearings start to deform.

Uses:
M3 screws 60mm long (qty 5)
M3 nuts (qty 5)
6mm BB's (qty: too many to count)

3 printed parts:
threaded rod (threaded rod can be printed multiple times)
nut
nut cap

adding the BB's:

  1. fill in the bottom nut full
  2. attach the cap
  3. leave the nut slightly off of the screw and push the rest of the balls upward into the nut. It doesn't have to be completely packed.
