Double Precision MXL Y, Printrbot SImple V2

This is for the Simple V2 w/o String tension. AFTER 10/23/2013 Printrbot added the string tension device and the mounting locations changed and will not line up with this design.

If you want high quality parts than this is your ticket. This produces super smooth parts. The maximum speed is limited to about 50mm/sec due to a limitation of the number of steps/sec. the printrboard can output. Not too bad really since the posted limits of the Simple are 60-65. On the up side you can more than double your acceleration and XY Jerk settings, so overall print time is about equal if not better plus smoother prints!

2013/12-24, REV A: Update belt part number to longer belt. This one part number will give you enough length for both X and Y upgrades.
