Description
I was using kennethjiang's tensioner, not at what I thought was excessively high tension, and it popped on me (see picture). It opened like a french door, letting the nut pull straight through. I found LittleMrJ's remix, but it didn't seem to do anything about putting more material where mine broke. So I came up with this remix, which expands on LittleMrJ's version of removing the forward channel, by adding lobes which both center the tension rod through the gap in the bracket and adds more material to try to avoid the failure of the first part.
I printed as shown in the stl with base support and a wide (20-line) brim, perhaps it could also be flipped 180 degrees to print the fork at the bottom.

Update 2017-01-28: This part failed on me in a different way, see my remix: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2069419
I'd really advise against making this part, relying on the layer adhesion is a serious weakness in this design. Please consider the remix^3 above, which is still working well for me.
