What's a great workshop without a great adjustable power supply?

This system uses a Dell EPS-470 server power supply, to power a DPS5015 adjustable power supply to give you a 0-48v 0-10a supply. (9.6a to be exact as the max output of the EPS-470

These EPS-470's can be had for under 50$ on ebay, and the DPS5015 can be had for under $40 on aliexpress or ebay.
For under 100$ you can build a wicked reliable precise bench top supply

You can also use a DPS5005, heck 2 of them in parallel to have a dual voltage output system.

The case mounts to the top of the server supply, and is attached with 5x m3 or 4-40 standard style computer case screws.
A bolt pattern dxf file is attached for drilling the top power supply case for the enclosure. I haven't updated it yet with the bolt pattern for the DPS5015 daughter board.

Attached is a picture of where to tie into the high current 48v source. The plug can easily be unsoldered and your new wires soldered in. The 3rd unused pin will have some odd 46v reading when measured with a DMM, but it is some type of low current switching/communication point and is not the high current 48v tie in point.
