300ml 310ml Caulk Sealant Cartridge Nozzle Adapter Fitting Cap Thread

Funny, but the typiical caulk dispenser gun thread seems to be a big mystery, though very popular product over the world. So i had to measure it with the thread gauge. Long live reverse engineering!

This is a cap that will fit the typical caulk cartridge 300ml. So once you use the supplied nozzle tip, then unscrew it and screw the 3d printed cap. So no air enters and cartridge lasts longer.

I provide you also the threaded part in STEP so you can design your dispensing tip/ the threaded part has 13.5mm ID and 18mm OD/. Just take care cause thread is starting one side only. Other side will not be able to screw. Thread is closed there.

Added 2 male threads if sb need to make their own bottle or sth. One is open, one is close, to cut. pay attention on the open one which size the thread goes.
