20w to 100w LED Spot - Round Box Version

This spotlight is the same as my first one, except it is round.

I printed this in PLA+ and so far have no complaints. If you plan on using a 100W LED then perhaps print the heatsink, LED panel & Led lock using ABS or PETG.

I added the spacer to the files, I had to create this spacer to compensate for shrinkage.
This is inserted before the vent panel is secured with 4 self tappers.

The LED and LED drivers is from ebay, search for the following:
"DC DC boost converter Constant Current Mobile Power supply 250W 10A LED Driver"
&
"10-100W Cool/Warm White Lamp Chips High Power 30Mil SMD LED Bulb For Flood Light"

The power connector is a XT60 and the power switch is a Rocker 6A 230VAC SPST Locking with a body size of 17 x 12 x 13mm.

The fan and heatsink was salvaged from an old pc cpu cooler.

Items needed for assembly:

4 of M3.5 x 16 self tappers for closing the case with the vent part.
4 of M3 x 10 self tappers to fix the electronics parts to the electronics mount.
4 of M6 x 16 Bolts for the mounting at the bottom of the case.

I did not put nuts inside the case as space was an issue. The holes has been made smaller so the bolts can cut a thread inside it.
