Description

Cetus3d printer's handle.

Filament rack handle:
m5x12 x1 or m3x8 x6

Host handle:
m5x5 x2
m5 nuts x2
m4x6 x4
m4 nuts x4

Filament roller:
m4x8
m4 nuts


主機部份

只裝提把:
列印件
z_axis_fixed_plate_提把固定模組.stl x2 (提把的左右邊各一)
host_handle_主機提把.stl
固定到鋁擠型的部份用m4螺絲,提把轉動部份用m5螺絲。

提把加z軸固定器:
列印件
z_axis_fixed_plate_提把固定模組.stl (裝在鋁擠的左邊)
host_handle_主機提把.stl
z_axis_fixed_plate_-right提把與z軸固定模組.stl (裝在鋁擠的右邊)
z_axis_lock_switch-z軸鎖定開關.stl
z_axis_fixed_arm_z_軸固定臂.stl

另需準備一個直徑3mm的拉伸彈簧,長度約18mm,使用m3的螺絲將「z軸鎖定開關」 及「z_軸固定臂」一起固定在「提把與z軸固定模組」上,彈簧另一端鎖在「z_軸固定臂」上。注意兩個固定模組背面要先放好m5的螺母。
功能測試完成後,把整個模組使用m4螺絲鎖在主機z軸鋁擠的右邊。
將「z_axis_fixed_plate_提把固定模組.stl 」用m4螺絲鎖在主機z軸鋁擠的左邊。
固定模組與鋁擠上緣會留下約3mm的空隙,因為螺母會卡到一點點上面的列印件。
最後將提把鎖到固定模組上。

料架部份:
列印件:
rack_handle_料架提把.stl
Filament_roller.stl x2
Filament_cap-耗材擋片.stl x2

1.原本在上面放線材的鋁擠先改固定在底部,成為十字形,只留中間一支鋁掅,確定整個支架穩固。
2.將兩支「Filament_roller.stl 」使用m4螺絲固定在料架上,高度調整到線材不會卡到下方的鋁擠。
3.將「rack_handle_料架提把.stl」由鋁擠上方推入到底,鎖上m3的螺絲固定住。
4.放入線材後,可加裝「Filament_cap-耗材擋片.stl 」防止在提著料架或列印時,線材掉下來。
