Description
The Kodama Trinus is a gem of a little 3D printer -- but it's got a glaring weak spot in the form of the cable for its heated build plate. Or more accurately, the lack of stress relief provided to the cable for its heated build plate.
This little item is a stress relief sleeve -- put it on the build plate end of the troublesome cable, use one small zip tie to fasten it to the build plate, use another small zip tie to fasten the sleeve to the cable, and you're done.
Many printers have trouble producing fine detail on a single small item like this. So when the time comes for printing, I'd recommend you print 3 or 4 of these, spread out on your printer's build plate. This allows each layer to cool properly before the next one starts. Of course, you could just set your slicer's minimum layer time to a larger-than-usual number -- but that wouldn't give you spare parts!
