Description
Another Y-Belt Tensioner for the Anet A8 printer. It is a little bit inspired by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1959208 .
It uses a M4 Hex-Head Screw for tensioning and a plate to spread the pressure evenly. The front plate and the sliders are screwed together with M3 countersunk bolts (min length 8mm, max length 15mm).
The ball bearings are kept at distance to the sliders with a small distance ring.
No Supports are needed. The knurled screw has one 0.2mm Layer which acts as support for the hole (bridged) and must be broke out after printing.
