Z touch sensor using $1 makerbot switch and 3mm Allen Key

Switches designed for Reach 3D Printer.
Z probe uses 3mm allen key, with adjustable m3 bolt.
After auto level procedure, rotate key out from under switch, lift and set on cradle for printing.
Effectively a manual version of a touch sensor.
X switch mounting requires m5 nut be used on carriage before hotend clamps.
Y switch mounting requires m3x50 bolt be positioned lower, so v wheels wont hit switch holder.
