remix of "Schließblech / Locking device for VELUX Windows by hugepanic".
Made with FreeCAD. Source file .fcsd provided.
UPDATE:
Design is proven to work, i've fitted it to my roof window and it works well during opening/closing and holds window in place so rubber gasket is watertight.
UPDATE after 10 months
After 10 months it is still in good working condition.
