another Leapfrog Creatr enclosure with Wifi Cam and side plates openers

This is a Leapfrog Creatr enclosure with Wifi Cam and side plates openers

The walls are from 5mm clear acrylic (with few more holes for flexibility)
All the screws except the rail screws are M4 with M4 Nuts and plastic washers (with few lengthens and screw heads)

The rail screws are M8 Nut with their heads grind to fit in the rails (https://youtu.be/SmlmNkBJR4A )

The printed part are from ABS

Self holding acrylic hinge

I have printed the upper hinges in the connected form (but two parts STL files are also included)

There is a back holder for the enclosure but I haven’t used it in the end

The acrylic part under the upper door has two functions :
1. To serve as a rest for the upper door
2. It close the narrow gape between the upper door and the upper cover and preventing the filament from stuck in it

Keep in mind that under this acrylic rest there is a shorter corner (to offset for the 5 mm of the part ) corner inner -5mm .STL

The door handle is connected to the door with an Iron screw and there is a Magnet holder that hold the door in place with a 6.2 mm X 6.2mm diameter NEODYMIUM MAGNET

Side plates openers
For a long time I am using the side plates opener from Ghost3D (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:307931 )and they are very handy for maintenance and for removing printed parts from the print bad

I have designed a slider lock that from one end holed the acrylic enclose and from the other hand as a slider that lock and unlock the side plates in place

Wifi Camera
The Wifi camera is the DX SKU 449864 (http://www.dx.com/p/suneyes-sp-v701w-720p-hd-mini-wireless-outdoor-ip-camera-eu-plug-449864#.WMU2rW996Uk)

The M12 lens was replaced for a wider angle lens (from ~65 degrees to ~120 degrees)

And a new smaller enclosure Based on Gilad's mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:267313) with new holder and a rail mount to holed the camera in the printer and the antenna outside of the printer
