Door Hinge for 2020 Misumi / Aluminium Extrusion and 3mm Plexiglass / Acrylic
Needs M5x8 on 2020 Side, M3x14 on Door Side and M3x25 + Nyloc Nut as shaft
Door Screw Sandwich (from outside to inside):
[M3x14 Screw Head]
[Door_Side component]
[3mm Plexiglass / Acrylic]
[Door_Inside/Glass_Protector component]
[Nyloc Nut] (Be a bit careful with your strength!)
Simply use the drilling aid on the edge of the acrylic to drill through using a 3.2mm drill to get the holes at the required distance.
