iPadAir iPadAir2 iPadPro grip and bumpers

This solves a problem with the iPadAir2 - having the left hand wander onto the screen while holding and reading it. Invariably, the article being read either jumps back to the top, or closes. The grip also partially protects the screen from falls. It gives a place to store the Apple Pencil while not being used, with a separate compartment for the spare ends and adapter.
The left side bezel of the iPad isn’t wide enough to hold the iPad comfortably with the left hand while reading for long periods. The iPad slides snugly into this grip, giving a wider left bezel. The thumb area has a raised ridge near the top to keep the thumb from wandering onto the screen.
If you need an iPadAir grip, scale the .stl file. The iPadAir2 is 6.1mm thick. The Air is 7.6mm.
