Description
The Kururin is a new skill toy invented in Japan. They are made from wood a roll along a solid, flat surface in a captivating way. Words don't describe their motion well, you have to watch a video!
I have made a couple of tools that I use when turning Kururin's on a lathe. The first is the "Kururin Gauge" which has all the necessary dimensions on one handy piece of plastic. The second is the "Kururin Sanding Jig" which makes it easy to get perfect ends when using a disc sander.
