Summary

This is a portion of a bolt action alcohol combustion rifle that I'm building. This is part of a bolt action pump mechanism to supply fresh air to the combustion chamber. If you want to use this properly, it needs two check valves.

The handle may also need to be printed with a thick shell, because you might need to sand it down a little for it to fit in the hole in the core. You should use very light infill for everything, as this doesn't need to be too sturdy. Still, you can print it denser if you want. </p></div>

Other Things Required

            <div><ul><li>Sandpaper (for handle)</li><li>Glue suitable for PLA. This can be general plastic cement, cyanoacrylate glue (superglue), or chloroform with PLA dissolved in it. (Not recommended, though I hear it works) Loctite 401 superglue is recommended, but be careful because the small tubes have a tendency to leak and/or clog. </li><li>2 rubber o-rings. Specifications: 3/4" internal dimension, 1" outer dimension, and 1/8" thick. For beginners, on the package these are listed as I.D., O.D., and Thickness respectively. </li></ul></div>
