Waterproof ROV Tether control box and reel cable management additions for use with an ROV

This is a set of parts to turn a Tecnec Jackreel 4 ( Also known as a Shill GT310 reel in the U.K.) into a full featured ROV tether interface using the Blue robotics Fathom line of tether extenders. It should fit a Fathom S or X board, I have tested it with a fathom X. There are two variants here, a waterproof version with waterproof connectors, and a simpler non waterproof version.
