Laser Cut Handheld Marble Maze

This is a little marble maze for a kid. It's a double-stack box with the maze on the center level, and a solid lower level to catch the marble when it falls through one of the holes. The lower right has a wall cutout for retrieval.

This is a pretty simple layout, but on the far right of the design files are various sizes of wall if you'd like to customize your own.

We use an 11mm pachinko ball, which is heavy enough to have good inertia and makes a satisfying clack when falling through. Resize the holes and passageways if your marble is different, or message me and for the cost of postage I'll send you a couple pachinko balls.

I use "CorelLaser" on my chinese cutter, so I have to do different operations by hiding or showing layers. The green (ENGRAVE) layer is just a quick marking, done here with 20% power and 50mm/s vector mode. The black (CUT) layer is the cutout, done here with 8mm/s and 85% power (about 12mA on a 50W tube). The grey (CORRAL) layer is ignored, and just used to keep the spare shapes handy.

First rev had a misalignment on the 3-tab wall, seen as a small gap near the end of the start wall. It should be fixed now, but let me know if you find any other issues.
