Description
This spooler arises from a mistake.. yep!
When I installed a release 2.4 of Cura, and slicing main parts, I didn't pay attention about the message of auto scaling and I launched the printing process, so at the finish I discovered the surprise :)
I didn't give up and I have drawn the rest of the parts with the same scale and this spooler came out that I consider a remix of: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2219901
Print it with a wood PLA for a good finishing, the smell, the shape and mounting will feel you like a carpenter!
I used a wood PLA for visible parts, for bearing hubs I used a normal PLA with fine print definition. TPU filament for floor dots.
How I printed the parts:
SIDE: nozzle 0.8, layers 0.25, unfill 20%
CENTRAL: nozzle 0.6, layers 0.15, unfill 30%
FIXERS: (A and B): nozzle 0.4, layers 0.1, unfill 50%
HUBS: nozzle 0.25, layers 0.06, solid
DOTS: nozzle 0.25 layers 0.06, solid
