DKT LCD 5.5'' 2k/4k 3D printer

This is 2k/4k 5.5 '' LCD 3D printer project for high speed printing.
Semiautomatic leveling of the build plate.
LCD cooling system.
LCD screen protection by default by the printer design.
Equalizing of the air pressure of the both lcd sides to reduce the vacuum forces.
Size without PSU 300x300x428mm (XYZ).
Build area 119x66x155mm (XYZ).

***Designed for outside PSU - do not put it inside - it will brake the air flow and cooling.

27.05.2017 Some updates:

• Added +0.5 mm on each side of the 3 mm alu buildplate piece;
• Couldn`t find 5 mm LED plexiglass in my country (only 3 mm), so Plexi cover has been reworked for 3 mm panels;
• M3 bolts for plexiglass cover and its 2 hinges should be changed from 12 mm to 10 mm, but it is not big deal if You don`t ;) ;
• Added + 10 mm to small MDF sheet for LC and + 10 mm on each side for the bigger one,
  because of the company, that I am using for laser cutting;
• Made some simple handle for plexi cover;
• LC and CNC files - updated and reuploaded;
• The hole for M5 bolt on the 5 mm alu piece should be with thread, if not - make it 5.5 mm and use second M5 nut;
• The hole for the M8 bolt on the 3 mm alu holder for the build plate should be threaded. Use some super glue for the bolt.

28.05.2017 More additional info:
Additional drilling is (obviously) needed to MDF panels assembly. Use 2.4 mm drill or enought pressure to tighten the screw directly without drilling.
Steel plate it good to be paint in satin or even better mate color.
All printed parts, which receive direct light from the LED array should be printed in red, green or orange color filament.

So... LED Plexi is not very suitable(too dark - almost no transparency). Bought some green fluorescent molten plexi - close to twice the price of LED one... ~20$ for the piece needed for LC.
BOM list file reuploaded with more precise prices.

Some new pictures of:

• All small 3d printed parts (ABS printed);
• Steel plate + 2 small steel pieces + all nuts, bolts, washers;
• Inside panels;
• Drawer;
• Front and side panels;
• Back panel stuff;
• Comparison with my small and my Delta printer ;) .
  Did not use full proper order of assembly. Just wanted to check the construction - so far everything fits as expected.
