Tiger1 with Suspension

This is a remix of DOHCDragon's Tiger 1 PC Case.
I redesigned it to have a Suspension, an PC inside wasnt the plan for me. I also made some changes in the original Parts because of some wrong distances. The Parts wasn managed at all so i sort them a bit..

Parts I changed and created: Lower Frame, Upper Frame, Suspension Axle, Suspension Lever left and right, Outside axle, Inside Wheel, Transmission, Turret Front, Turret Base. Maybe thats not all.
I just printed the original Files and made changes in the Design after i encountered problems or to make asseambly easier. This means the Design are based on my building experience and the parts are not printed this way at my tank..
The axle is designet for a tight fit and there are missing holes in the Frame. Use a 5 and 5,5 mm Drill to make the holes and wheel work nice.

Its a bit of a pain to find out how to build this. Just a few tipps how to get on.
First: Dont glue the parts on after you print it. Just print and fit ALL parts that belong together or you get problems afterwards.
Second: Just try things out.
I printed all parts in differen brands of PLA. The Frame got 60% infill, the Suspension 100% and the details and accessories 20-30%, wheels 25-35%. The Parts was friction welded togehter, I think this looks a bit more like a real tanks was made. At some parts I used superglue. I spray painted it afterwards to get the same color on all Parts.
Gears of the Transmission was printed with Nylon, maybe PLA would work too.
I used around 4kg PLA for the Tank.
7x19mm Springs should work for the Suspension.
The Turret is mountet on an old CD-Tray, so you have tomake this yourself.
For canon elevation i used a MG996R Servo. For driving i used 2 old long-type airsoft motors.
This all is controlled with my Smartphone and the Bluetooth RC App. The Smartphone connects to the HC-05 bluetooth Module.
An Arduino UNO with Dual Monster Moto Shield (VNH2SP30) was used to control the motors.
