E3D clone Zero offset mount with integrated 2n1 40mm fan cooler

After using both of these together I decided it would be easier and more durable to combine them into less parts.

If you find any issues or problems please let me know in the comments and I'll correct them!

I modified the zero offset mount for square nuts as my printer didn't have regular hex shaped ones. it will still work with hex nuts but you'll need to hold them in place while tightening!

at first I modified the stock cooling to better clip in with large bars sticking out so I could attach it to the existing clips.

then I took it a step further and designed it to mount to the top bracket as a solid piece.

I'm still fixing an extrusion issue on my printer so I haven't test printed and fit, once I have done that I'll submit pictures and take this out of "in progress"

KNOWN ISSUES:
the first version with the bars, the inside nubs are the wrong size completely. I'll have to fix this but still wanted to release the files for people to try.

Added the revised 2n1 fan shroud to this concept design. it should be better for the E3d Clone cooler. I have not had the chance to test print the fit as my printer is currently down so the alignment may be off. Feel free to give it a try and let me know if it's not centered correctly and by how much!

5/21/17:

• After fixing my printer and making one I found some tension error and alignment issues, I fixed this by simply increasing the space for the clone to fit in, as it's secured by the bolts not by pinching the cooler. This final bolt on and go version should the the final release unless someone has other suggestions or issues.
